BYDGOSZCZ INDUSTRIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PARK

BPPT or Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park, offers investment land for sale or for lease.

The enterprise is one of the largest industrial and technological parks in Poland, and currently cooperates with around 180 companies.

BPPT manages 286.4 hectares of land. In addition to land and office buildings, there are warehouses, production halls, workshops, conference rooms and coworking spaces on the park’s territory.

Their main activity is the preparation of land for investors, which includes, among other things, the separation and geodetic division of plots of land and hydrogeological studies of the land. The company also builds new infrastructure and expands existing infrastructure to meet customer requirements.
